This client was looking for a loft conversion company in Wakefield and had seen one of our previous new build loft conversions on social media.
They got in touch after being horribly let down by another builder who had disappeared with a pile of their hard-earned cash, after convincing the customer there was no head height on the existing stairs for a loft conversion, cutting out some of the fink Trusses with no support, and not installing steelwork – a very shoddy job.
The house was a 2020 new build home on a large development in Wakefield, and with two young adult children and a baby on the way, time was of the essence.
